At LTR Tannerz, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for unwanted, opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
